What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit is a direct aid programme from the Government for the Digital transformation of SMEs (from 1 to 49 employees), in which more than 3,000 million euros in direct subsidies will be distributed among these companies. The regulations are published in the BOE dated 29/12/2021 under  Order ETD/1498/2021.

How does the Digital Kit work?

Through the Digital Kit, beneficiary companies like yours receive the Digital Voucher, which allows you to choose from the services shown in our comprehensive solutions catalogue and contract them through us.

The complete Digital Kit process is as follows:

  • You apply for your aid at Red.es.
  • You are granted the Digital Voucher.
  • You choose one or more solutions from our catalogue.
  • We formalise one or more Digitalisation Solutions Provision Agreements, up to the total limit of your Digital Voucher.
  • We implement the agreed solutions in your company.
  • Red.es makes the payment to us through your Digital Voucher for the implemented solutions.

OUR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CATALOGUE
Business Intelligence and Analytics

The objective of this category is to enable you to exploit your company’s data to improve the decision-making process.

Features and services:

  • Data integration with other databases: you will have access to other databases and the ability to make comparisons with the exposed data.
  • Data storage: you will have a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data panels: you will have customised data panels with relevant data and different visualisation formats.
  • Data export: you will be able to export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibilities with various programmes you commonly use.

Maximum aid amount: 4,000€

  • 0 < 3 employees: 1,500€ (includes 1 user)
  • 3 < 9 employees: 2,000€ (includes 1 user)
  • 10 < 50 employees: 4,000€ (includes 3 users)
Cybersecurity

The objective of this solution is to provide basic and advanced security for your employees’ devices.

Features and services:

  • Antimalware: you will have a tool available that analyses your device, its internal memory and external storage devices.
  • Antispyware: you will have a tool that detects and prevents spy malware.
  • Secure email: you will have email analysis tools with the following features:
    • Antispam, with unwanted mail detection and filtering.
    • Antiphishing, with detection of emails with links or malware suspected of stealing credentials.
  • Safe browsing: you will have secured:
    • Content control. 
    • Antiadware to prevent malicious ads.
  • Threat analysis and detection: you will be able to identify the behaviour of known and new threats.

  • Initial configuration and security updates: you will have an initial configuration for correct use, with the respective malware signature updates and other threat detection data, as well as the required periodic security software updates.
  • Special training requirements: you will have training for the configuration of the security software, and a cybersecurity awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

  • 0 < 3 employees: 125€/device (up to 2 devices)
  • 3 < 9 employees: 125€/device (up to 9 devices)
  • 10 < 50 employees: 125€/device (up to 48 devices)
Secure Communications

With this solution you will have security in the connections between your employees’ devices and the company.

Features and services:

  • SSL: you will have a secure sockets layer protocol to create a secure and encrypted connection.
  • End-to-end encryption: your communications will be encrypted throughout their entire journey, with the aim of preventing attacks.
  • Connection logs: you will be able to maintain a record of the devices that have connected to your private network.
  • Access control: you will have the ability to allow connection to your private network solely and exclusively to devices authorised by you.
  • Mobile devices: you will be able to use this solution from mobile devices.
  • Initial configuration and security updates: you will have an initial configuration so you can use it correctly, with the respective malware signature updates and other threat detection data, as well as the required periodic security software updates.

  • 0 < 3 employees: 125€/device (up to 2 devices)
  • 3 < 9 employees: 125€/device (up to 9 devices)
  • 10 < 50 employees: 125€/device (up to 48 devices)
Virtual Office Services and Tools

The main objective of this category is to implement interactive and functional solutions in your company that enable more efficient collaboration among your workers.

Features and services:

  • Teamwork collaboration: you will have assistance from the provider in the creative process of ideation or team management for the collaborative management of projects, sharing resources and/or knowledge, providing tools for team interaction in ideation or problem-solving processes, as well as the configuration and customisation of workflows, tasks, etc.
  • Store and share files: you will have 1 TB of storage.
  • Mobile device compatibility: Your solution will be compatible with mobile devices.
  • Calendar and agenda: it will allow you to organise a calendar and your planned tasks.

Maximum aid amount: 12,000€

  • 0 < 3 employees: 250€/user (up to 2 users)
  • 3 < 9 employees: 250€/user (up to 9 users)
  • 10 < 50 employees: 250€/user (up to 48 users)
